“If your body could speak, what would it say?”

Our bodies holds memories, meaning, and our life stories. Everything we have ever experienced — the joys and the struggles — have been experienced by our bodies and shape our bodies.
In many ways, our bodies ARE who we are.

  • By working on a somatic level, we can become more aware of how our lived experience shows up in the present moment by paying attention to our bodies. Movement, sensations, tensions, posture, impulses, numbness, etc can give us information about our organization. We can learn from the body how we hold meaning, and we can begin to explore new possibilities.

  • By working with the arts, we can have a safe container to hold the complexities and depths of our experiences, discover new resources, use ritual for transformation, and utilize the inherent power of creativity for healing.

Through the body, movement, and the arts we can explore areas in your body, mind, and life that are asking for attention and support. I believe that the Body-Mind has a natural instinct to move towards wholeness and healing; I see my role as a guide to support you by following the natural unfolding of your own process with safe, nonjudgmental and loving presence.
